TYPOGRAPHIC POETRY: EVALUATION

The typographic poetry 'Shelly's Vision' brief has been something that I have found early interesting to do. I haven't collaborated with anyone I haven't met before and it was quite refreshing that someone wanted to work with be based on what they have seen from my online portfolio.

The process of creating the posters was fairly easy to do and didn't require a lot of development due to me always communicating with client and making sure what they needed before proceeding with designing. This constant communication saved a lot of time and I think we both benefitted from this.

I think from this brief and previous one's I have got into hand crafting patterns and working with them digitally which has developed my skills within this. I would hope to continue to execute my digital skills and crafting skills even more throughout this module and will experiment with more ways in how I can do this.

Although I didn't end up printing and framing the posters, which I would of liked to have done to gain some sort of profit from my work. I was still really happy with the end result and so was the client.

Client Feedback

"I love them, I really do wow I'm welling up here! I love the watercolour. Thank you so much, you have no idea how much this means to me thank you!"
